Qualifications and Experiences:
- CA Inter (8+ yrs) / B.Com / M.Com (10+ yrs)
- Strong experience in AP, GST & TDS compliance
- Hands-on with invoice processing, payments & reconciliations
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage AP invoice booking, verification, and preparation of payment files
- Ensure timely and accurate vendor payments
- Handle month-end provisioning and perform related reconciliations
- Track and follow up for settlement of advances
- Ensure monthly closure of purchase register for GST filing
- Prepare and share monthly TDS reports/files based on AP records
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for pending invoices based on GST reports
- Follow up with teams to ensure timely submission of bills/invoices.
