your landswith crops and fruit trees.

We are committed to providing support to landholders and farmers to regenerate the land

The purpose of the project is to rejuvenate degraded lands through Afforestation, Reforestation, and Revegetation activities. The project envisions to address the issues faced by smallholder farmers in the context of income/livelihood generation, land restoration, environmental degradation, and declining agricultural yields.

Launched to improve the socio-economic conditions of smallholder farmers along with diversified agroforestry models, the project integrates agro commodities, their value addition and linkage to potential markets to create sustainable livelihoods, with an overarching principle of environmental conservation.

Earthtree agroforestry project objectives

Cropping and agro commodities sales

Earthtree helps you design your farm to have both trees and crops in one landscape, to diversify your income. Sustainable agroforestry has crops in between the tree rows and the Earthtree team members and associates have unqiue experience around the world in helping increase crop production quantities by as much as 50% -100% with biofertiliser and specialised tractors and attachments for soil improvements, sowing and harvesting.

Earthtree provides tractors for crop sowing and harvesting

Earthtree can help you achieve this large potential increase in crop productivity between trees by providing farmers access to natural or organic biofertilisers, and Earthtree could potentially provide our tractors for free (by mutual agreement) to landowners during sowing and harvesting of tumeric, ginger, millet, and essential oils crops including citronella, lemongrass, vetiver – and other crops by mutual agreement. These tractors can cut operations expenses by up to 70% for landholders, which supports more potential profit in farming enterprises. Earthtree can help sell farmers agro commodities in India and globally, to help boost revenues.

Regenerating soils

Regenerating degraded land can increase soil fertility and increase production yields of crops such as mulberry, turmeric, ginger, millet – as well as grasses for essential oils. This agroforestry cropping model helps protect soil, boost land productivity, which can improve catchment health and promote ecosystem and biodiversity conservation.
